A Dj starting with a Big Bang, ATB released his first single “9p.m.” literally climbing the UK chart until the top. After less than a whisper his music had been spread throughout the globe. After a few year his fifth album “No Silence” was ready and the first single “Marrakech” made anothe boom into Dj world. The track infact was choose by Hollywood productions to be the title track for action movie “Mind Hunters”, featuring Val Kilmer, Ll Cool J and Christian Slater. After that he had the cance to work with big names of international dance wave such as Tiff Lacey, who previously worked with trance legend Paul Oakenfold. Canada’s Roberta Carter Harrison, who sang on “Let U Go”, “I Don’t Wanna Stop” and “Hold You” and others. And the most remarkable thing is he opened an Engineering and Audio Producing school (SEAP) with his friend Woody Van Eyden, in which people could get into musical business and try their way through it. ATB is maybe the most changy Dj of ever. He always change style between his albums anb between his single songs too. He likes stupify his audience in giving more and more influences to what he brings to life, swinging from summer-like-clubhouse-songs to ambient-rtance-moods perfect to relax after a hard and stressing work-day. And that’s the point ATB want to express in what he plays, some sort of place in which the mind could escape and hide from city stiffness and workaholic behaviours. Changing, thrillig audiences and camouffling into different music styles brought him working as a producer even outside dance music. Infact he worked for people like Heather Nova, Moby, William Orbit and Michael Cretu from Enigma and played even with Bryan Adams at Rock in Rio. And all this contributed to make his songs even mory changing and more loaded with various influences, providing beautiful harmony, melancholic atmospheres and smooth and relaxed moods. And all this without loosing his ATB stomp, which always allow people recognizing his music. Maybe a musical genious, able to melt everything he likes and feels in music, into beautiful songs.
